Frequency response : At 96 kHz the ripple effect in the response disappears and the 20 Hz - 20 kHz audio band is covered with very little deviation.
Noise level : All things being equal, with the wider bandwidth, there is less noise. In any case, it is far from intrusive.
Dynamic capacity : There is a very tangible improvement here, as it only reaches 94 dB.
