Input for multiple languages: In addition to a keyboard language, you can also specify a voice input language as well.

'Settings for reserved user accounts refers to the Logon screen (among other elements)...
which helps eliminate problems with special characters in passwords. Keyboard settings for the Logon desktop may now be managed explicitly.
