PC Mark's CPU test hand the default-speed tests to Asus, while overclocking puts the GA-X38-DQ6 in the lead.

It's always a surprise when Foxconn's yet-unfinished X38A wins, but the GA-X38-DQ6's superior stability gives it an overclocked-performance lead in PC Mark's system test.

PC Mark 2005's memory test show the Maximus Formula leading the X38A against Gigabyte's bottom score at stock speed, but superior overclocking continues to let the GA-X38-DQ6 shine.

A default-speed win in Sandra's Dhrystone ALU bench shows some of the X38A's potential, while overclocking...by now you know the drill. Thanks Gigabyte!

Sandra's Whetstone FPU bench shows Asus leading at stock speed and the GA-X38-DQ6 overtaking everyone when overclocked.

What happened to this motherboard? I don't see it for sale at places like tigerdirect. Newegg say it's discontinued. Has it been replaced by a newer model or something?
