on 3dmark that's good right? If you lower the clock speeds and memory speeds then your score will go down not up right? The CPU and Ram are definately bottle necking. Notice while your drooling all of the 11000+ 3Dmark scores they all are C2 duo or C2quad....

then? CPU, there is no way you should get a score that low! That is pretty low, maybe try overclocking that cpu, I know my 3dmark score was in the 9000's with a lowly 5200 x2 and a 9600gt. The score should be higher than that, even at bone stock settings....
