you definitely need the gtx260. A friend of mine has the Core 216 and I have a 9800gtx (not +, difference is clock speed) and gameplay better on his PC (we're both using 22" LCDs, Intel quads and 8gb of ram). Go for GTX260.... it'll be better than 9800GTX...
