Cooler Master GX power supplies

I am thinking about the Cooler Master GX - 650W Power Supply with 80 PLUS Bronze Certification (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171052). I was wondering if Cooler Master GX power supplies are any good?

Cooler Master GX Series is in Tier 4, which cannot handle stressful situations.

Tier 4 - Not Recommend for stressful situations. May not be able to put out full rated power above room temperature, and may slightly fail to meet ATX specs.

Hi - nasty is right on - Here is a brief recap from johnnylucky.org from review by Hardocp:

GX-650 650 Failed efficiency rating. Failed load testing. Medicore voltage regulation. Poor DC output quality on 3.3V rails. Outdated design.
