Desktop is stuck in "Preparing Automatic Repair"

So I downloaded the newest version of Razer Game Booster on my computer because I was having problems with one of the games I have, and after running it my computer froze. I restarted my computer and since then I have been stuck in a loop of "Preparing Automatic Repair" and the blue error screen. Is there a way to fix this?

Put your Windows disk in, boot with it, repair your PC

Update on this, I ran a Start-Up Test and it says that my Hard-Disk 1 start-up test failed.

Does that check the disk for physical errors or just the system files on the disk? Sounds like you need to boot with the Windows CD and repair, refresh, or restore your computer.

When I boot again I just get stuck in the Repairing loop. I got a Win8 Repair disk from a friend but even with it in the disc slot it just goes straight to the repair loop again.

Okay, keep the disc in and go into your BIOS and set it to boot from CD/DVD

Okay, I used EUFI to run it, now there's just a black screen. Then it crashed and gave me another blue screen error.

Weird...it doesn't enter Windows setup at all? May very well be a bad hard drive...

So, you set in the BIOS to boot from CD DVD, restart, and it doesn't boot from CD DVD? Or it tries and fails? I have 160gb 7200rpm hard drive I'm not using that I wouldn't mind mailing to you (assuming you're in the US or close lol)

Not sure about the bios, but I ran the UEFI Application and tried to boot the repair disc.

Try setting your boot priority to your optical drive and booting

I don't need any money for it, it's a couple of years old but it passes SMART and every dskchk I've thrown at it so it's solid. Just PM me your address and I'll format it and put it in the mail.
