gta 4 error resc10

i purchased gta4 last month after my board exams and was enjoying it until the game showed error resc10. it happens only when i am with kate driving in a car like turismo and very fast. my system specs:
core i3 540 3.06 GHz
sapphire radeon R7 260X OC Edition 2GB
ram 4GB

please help i have some how reached romans wedding but not able to complete the mission due to the error. thank you in advance. wish u a good day
