Hi there,

I've begun receiving a regular BSOD recently. I'm not really doing anything out of the ordinary, but I have been connected to a VPN via Cisco AnyConnect when the BSOD has occurred. Using BlueScreenViewer, I can see the crash was caused by ntoskrnl.exe, but I'm not sure where to go from there.

OS is Windows 8.1 64 Bit. Minidump file is available here: http://1drv.ms/1ss5IvH

**System Specs**
Model - Dell XPS 15 9530
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4702HQ CPU @ 2.20GHz
RAM - 16 GB
HDD - 500GB SSD

Any suggestions greatly appreaciated.
Mark

normally you would update the driver but the stack was corrupted so I would start with a Virus/malware scan of your system.
use malwarebytes. Update the driver/software if there is a update.

if the malwarebytes scan come up ok,

you also have a lot of 3rd party drivers installed that could be corrupting memory. I would try to update as many or remove as many as you can.
otherwise you want to change your memory dump type to kernel rather than minidump, and run verifier.exe and set flags to check all your 3rd party drivers. to catch what is corrupting your programs memory.

you might look at getting a update on this driver

I think the driver had problems with corrupting other drivers memory, look for update or turn off the device to test.

this driver is very old also, look for update http://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html

Thanks for the suggestions guys - I can't reliably reproduce the problem, so it's difficult to determine if it is fixed. Unfortunately for my job I have to connect to many different customer sites using a plethora of VPN software, hence the large number of 3rd party drivers installed.

The Malwarebytes scan was fine - I'll see if I can find updates for the drivers suggested and keep an eye out for issues when I'm using Cisco AnyConnect.
