Installing Java and getting Error 1359 an Internal Error occurred

I am trying to install the new version of java on my windows 7 pc and I keep getting this error, I can't find anything about it and what I can do to fix it. So if anyone here knows what to do please let me know.

Which java are you trying to install??

It looks like you can get that error if its the Java kit. And it may also mean there's a registry prob on this PC

I am trying to install Java Version 7 Update 67. And I did read somewhere that it could be a registry problem.
