windows 8 SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION issue

Solution
Youre getting a 0x124 stop error too which is CPU related. This can mean its overclocked, overheating or faulty

See if theres a BIOS update this may fix it. It may also be a BIOS bug

I would uninstall AIcharger, this is known to cause crashes. And disable or uninstall AMD overdrive

And any programs that let you overclock. like AI suite. Overclocking with programs in windows can cause a 0x124 stop error

Daemontools may also cause this 0x124 stop error

my bios allow me to change the performance profile, something like power saving mode, normal mode, and power mode. let say i choose the power mode, is that count as overclocking too.?

and what if i change my OS into win 7, is the same problem will appear.?

anyway, thanks for the answer master. (y)

Hmm you may still get the same stop error for the CPU if you reinstall Daemontools, AIcharger, or AI suite. Even if you install Win7

What BIOS is on it now?? Its up to 2501 now

I have no idea about the power mode on AMD's never had one. And I dont touch anything in the BIOS to do with power

Does it support Cool n Quiet? If it does disable it
