Hi , can any one please tell me for sure that Fatal1ty H170 Performance motherboard will support DVI to D-sub via adapter ? because my monitor has only D-sub port in the back and i plan to use this monitor with my new build because of budget constraint, i might buy a new monitor with DVI port latter.
also i would like to know if this board will support my current ordinary USB 2.0 mouse and key-board or it has to be some special and expensive mouse and key-board for this motherboard.

also please look at this link it says mMemory Socket and 4DDR4 DC is this something new or typos ?because i searched Google for 4DDR4 DC and mMemory and found nothing it also says that this mother has D-sub port

Please also look at this link and see if this two are about same motherboard or different motherboards because it doesn't have D-sub port mMemory Socket and 4DDR4 DC

It doesn't. This site has a close-up pic of the DVI port on that motherboard.

You see the line on the right side of the DVI port? The ones which support analog VGA adapters have two holes above and two holes below it. Those holes carry the analog signal needed by DVI to D-Sub adapters.

Your keyboard will be able to support any USB 2.0 products. As for the adapter, it will work but there will most likely be some sort of latency or other picture quality issue. If you decide to buy a new monitor i strongly suggest spending extra money and buying a monitor with HDMI support.

DVI-D does not support passive adapters to VGA/D-Sub. Only DVI-I and DVI-A support that. DVI-D only supports digital signaling similar to HDMI's signaling (but not similar to Displayport). An active adapter might work, but those are more expensive. They're also hit and miss for compatibility.
