I have just gotten a new case, GPU, and PSU. After finishing the new machine, I turned it on and the splash screen for the bios just stayed there.
I have reset the CMOS by popping the round battery out and putting it back in, but to no avail.
I suspected that it was a GPU problem, and it might be, since the monitor went to a "load optimized settings and boot" screen.
However, my machine doesn't respond to any of my USB devices in any slot, so I can't get anywhere. My keyboard and mouse do light up though. I'm suspecting that the motherboard is damaged.
