Hey guys! I am so frustrated with my mobo and the inability to update the BIOS. I am having issues watching full screen videos with the AMD drivers crashing and recovering all the time. I have so far -

Updated to the latest graphics card drivers
tried all workarounds found on the internet
asked friends for advice but to no avail
Tried both internet flash and instant flash

my specs:
ASRock z87 pro3
Sapphire R280x vapor-x
Intel Core i5-4570
2x4gb ddr3 g.skill ripjaws 1600 mhz

After much reading I concluded my BIOS needs updating, as I am running version 1.3 and the latest is 2.9. The issue it self is that as soon as I get to the instant flash tab and see the update file I cannot click it. My mouse pointer seems to work on the screen, but I can't click anything. Closing it doesn't work, clicking updates doesn't work. Only a hard reset works. I tried the instant flash from windows, but I am being told "we are unable to update your BIOS due to your OS" (I am running Windows 10 with all updates so far installed). I have rechecked the model of the mobo about 4-5 times now just to make sure I have downloaded the correct file and I have. It is also important to say that previously when I have entered BIOS I have noticed it crashed after 3-4 mins of usage (I don't clock, as I don't know how. Everything is default), but I didn't pay it much attention. I am running round in circles here and some help from someone who can help will very much be appreciated! I may have missed something, but this is it give or take. Also, I have started to believe the mobo is faulty, but the warranty is over by an year now, so I am on my own pretty much. Any help will be much appreciated!

Solution
1. use the keyboard (tab key and enter) if the mouse doesn't work
2. verison 1.2 sounds strange as the oldest on the ASRock page is 2.0
3. that will most likely not solve your problem. Try a memory check and other psu instead

Thanks for the reply!
I just did recheck the version and indeed it is not 1.2, but 1.3. It is the default lowest possible one. I did buy the mobo on 20.06.2013, which makes it one of the first ones released. Also, i just tried the tab in instant flash and it also does not work. I am going away for a sec just now, but I did start an extended memory test before doing so. Will report back later.

Oh and the psu is 750W Seasonic gold. Thing is, this issue appears only on twitch fullscreen and YouTube very, very rarely.
