I'm working on a computer (An old one with windows XP) and it wont quite work, every time I boot it it blue screens.

Error Code:
0x0000007E (0x80000003, 0x8053626C, 0xF899A3B8, 0xF899a0B4)

I tried running in safe mode but it just comes to this, no matter what I do it ends up at a blue screen with that error.

What I have tried:
1. I tried removing the GPU and restarting it (No effect)
2. I tried using only 1 stick of RAM and booting the PC (Nothing changed)
3. I have tried remove the power from it (Unplugging it) and then waited 30 secs and then held the power button for 30 seconds (still blue screened)

Note: I do not have the recovery disk for it because its one my neighbors gave me, and they didn't have it. And I don't have a windows install disk because this PC will only work with windows 32bit, and I only have 64Bit.

Again this is a old PC, and here are the Specs
Ram: 2gb
CPU: Pentium4 3Ghz
HDD: There are 2 in it ( 250gb and 160gb)

The hard disk or device cannot be found on the interface, or mode selected.

In other words, go into the bios setup of the motherboard.

If the drive is connected via a Sata port of the motherboard.

change the Sata port mode from Sata to Ahci mode, or Ide mode.

Try each setting option for each of the modes listed above.
Save the changes you made before you exit the bios.

See if windows loads, if it fails with the same message other than Ahci mode.
Try the setting of IDE and again save the changes before you exit the bios.

And again try and see if windows os loads without the error message.
Braxton ok.

If the hard drive uses the IDE type data cable please let me know, as there is also a fix for it when windows errors when trying to load windows from the hard drive ok.

Thank you for your help, and yes the Drives uses Sata Cables.

Though I do not see the option to change the Sata Port mode, if you could direct me to it that would be very helpful.

I have a picture of ever thing I can chose from:
