Dell XPS 15 Disk Failure?

On my 4-5 month old pc I just recieved a notification that something was wrong with my Intel Rapid Start Technology. I opened up the program and it says something along the lines that the disks status is "failed" and I can mark as normal. I researched online and found similar problems that say I may need a new hard drive. However, I haven't noticed any ill effects on my computer just using the internet today, though last night my computer was acting very slow.

So if anyone could give me any clues on how serious this problem is and if I should start consulting Dell support that would be great. Thanks
 
Solution
Run the diagnostics in the BIOS and do a disk check, there should be one there for that. If not, Dell support site should have a disk check utility.
