Router ip login not working

I tried to do everything they recommend on other websites

-Restart Computer
-Check the gateway
-dont use vpn or a proxy
-plug in with ethernet
-and all the other stuff but its not working

the thing is my computer is the only device that cant access the routers login page.

Don't you think that "My computer is the only one which cannot access router settings" has something to do with "My dad don't let me restart the router"?

Is seems that you're not the one paying the bill, so you better follow the rules set on you.

My router is a tp link n600 and i cant restart it because my dad won't let me since it works on his computer and he dosent want to lose his settings.

i just dont see how restarting it would help if it works on any other device, i feel like the problem is with my pc

This ^^^ could be the result of a restricted IP to prevent tinkering. Good catch.
