3)what about each gaming version?is it truth about better material or better sound or better durability or last longer??i dont care about colours or leds

Admirable
1) Yes. Those are a more budgety approach compared to most Z370 mobos, since they cannot overclock and normally has fewer features.
2) Depends on the model, but i doubt that's a general rule applied to all Intel 8th gen motherboards. Read on the specific model you want to buy first.
3) Gaming on the name is pure marketing. While there are motherboards with better building material, it's has little to no equivalence with the name. Again, read about the specific model you liked the most.
4) Yes, and yes natively it only goes to 2666. You'll have to enable XMP on the MOBO's BIOS to get higher RAM frequency. Very easily done, that is.
5) No. Absolutely no need to match products brands.
6) I don't recommend brands. I recommend models. Pick one that's on your price range that you like the most the appearence, ram slots, usbs 3.0, M.2 port, etc... Then post them here for evaluation, or just search for a review on them.

1. H370 and B360 do not support overclocking, and also lack some other minor features that Z370 boards have. This makes them cheaper and more budget oriented than Z370 boards. So yes, they are a better choice for budget build. I recommend a B360 board for the i5 8400. H370 is the middle ground between B360 and Z370 that few people use. Not saying they're bad, just less often used.

2. No. Z370 may have better power delivery, but the cooling of the CPU depends on the CPU cooler, not the motherboard. But the cooling of the VRMs and other components on the motherboard itself might be better - it varies from product to product. If by cooling you meant CPU cooling, then it does not vary with motherboards.

3. 'Gaming' is just a marketing term. Everything sounds cooler when you attach gaming to it. My Gaming X7 Toaster Ultima can toast bread in 2 mins just like any other toaster, but it just sounds cooler. Same thing with motherboards - no difference in function, just in the looks and name.

4. The RAM will automatically downclock itself to 2666 MHz, but it'll work without issues. You can't run it at 3000 MHz, though.

5. Doesn't matter. Any motherboard will support any graphics card as long as the motherboard has a PCI-E slot and the GPU has a PCI-E slot requirement. Brands don't matter.

6. Depends on you. Choose the board which looks prettier to you, the one which has better warranty in your area - it is a personal choice you'll have to make yourself. There is virtually no performance difference, so the deciding factor, ultimately, is you, and your likes/dislikes/needs.

thank you both very much about the accurate answers
ok so because i already have the 3000 ram ,wont oc, and general tend to leave pc on for many hours ive decide to go with z series
as you said i reject the gaming

in my country these are almost close value(100euro)
Gigabyte Z370P D3
Asrock Z370 Pro4
MSI Z370-A Pro

then

asus prime z370 is 30 euro more expensive than rest
and Asrock Z370 Extreme4 40 euro.

so what do you think is best choice????dont care about the 30-40 gap if its more reliable

oooh and for some odd reason the store ill buy it from give msi 3 years guarantee but the rest 2

pm also i dont care more usb or slots wont use any specialized hardware

If the MSI has longer warranty, go for it. Like I said, there's no performance difference, so the warranty difference is definitely a factor that should influence your decision majorly. I would say go with the MSI, if you've got nothing against MSI, that is.
