Can I use Intel i3 8100 stock cooler on Intel i5 8600k (not OC)?
And will it affect its performances

You can use it, but even without OC it may not be enough to properly cool 8600K. If that happens, CPU may reach temps when it will throttle, reducing its performance.

As a temporary measure, it will be okay. You should start looking for a decent cooler though.

As cheap as $30 will get you something that will work far better than any Intel stock cooler.
