I've already been here about games crashing but I temporarily fixed it by reseting BIOS to stock. Now its back.
Whenever I check event viewer I see 3 errors and 1 warning in this order:

1 Error.
The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video3
NVRM: Graphics TEX Exception on (GPC 0, TPC 0): TEX LAYOUT

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

2 Error.
*ditto*
The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video3
Variable String too Large

*ditto*

3 Error.

*ditto*
The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video3
Graphics Exception: ESR 0x504224=0x80000000 0x504228=0x0 0x50422c=0x0 0x504234=0x0

*ditto*
Warning.
Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

I checked out other nvlddmkm errors since then and they're the same with some few changes to the error code.
(i.e.: \Device\Video3
Graphics Exception: ESR 0x504224=0x80000041 0x504228=0x180001 0x50422c=0x0 0x504234=0x1fc0)
Since then I have reset my pc (Not reformatted), and reinstalled video drivers multiple times, changed Link State Power Management to Off. Nothing helped.
Any help?

It seems there's an issue with your display driver/gpu. Firstly I would try a CLEAN install of the display drivers-use DDU in safe mode, remove drivers, reboot and get the latest drivers. Keep an eye out for your temps. If you are overclocking the card then remove the overclock.

Could you also please post full system specs especially psu make/model/wattage

Well yea I've reckoned that it was something to do with nvidia from the start. At first I thought it was geforce experience since it seemed to appear after some updates. Even when testing with and without it the problem persisted, but with geforce experience installed it happened faster (took less time before crashing) and more often.

I've used DDU but I always did the delete and restart option (Maybe 6 times now). Is there any benefit do doing it through safe mode?

I'm not to sure if temperature is part of the problem. I ran an experiment: It happens even if I limit my game (R6 Siege) to the lowest graphical settings possible and 40 fps. Max temp that I hit was 70°C but it still seems to happen, mostly at random.
I don't have an overclock but I do have an undervolt.
I have undervolted my CPU and GPU as follows:
CPU: XTU, Core Voltage Offset is at -0.120 V
GPU: MSI Afterburner, using the voltage profile from this thread
(The problem persisted even if I got rid of the undervolts)

I don't really know if I can give any more specs than this since it is a laptop:
I have a ROG GL702VM, with specs as follows:
Windows 10 Home, Intel® Core™ i7 6700HQ, 8 GB DDR4 @2133MHz, GeForce GTX 1060 6GB.

EDIT: I have tried using DDU In safe mode and it did nothing different to when I used it without. I think I'm going to try and rollback to the first driver I had that didnt have this problem and try it out.

And I've had a situation that the game froze and force restarted my pc after some time. Checking event viewer just says the PC turned off unexpectedly and "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered." Not even any errros

EDIT 2: Reverting back to driver 390.77 (29 January 2018) fixed the issue.
It seems to be a problem on nvidia's end with no fix.

EDIT 3: It's back again, that means its not a driver problem but I don't know what its caused by then.

As far as I can tell its been happening to all of the games I have installed. I'll try to update DX maybe it will work.

Meanwhile I have done an overabundance of things, none of which worked (In the same order as listed):

1. Went into advanced power settings and turned Link State Power Management to off. Also made that the Hard disk never turns off.

2. Finally reformated my pc. It worked fine for a while until I updated my driver to 391.35 (the latest stable 1060 driver) and then the error came back. I have now rolled back to the driver that I had after reformatting (390.77)
So this still makes me confused if its to do with drivers or hardware, maybe a bit of both.

3. Since some fixes stated to check RAM. I did so using the Windows Memory Diagnostic and I passed without any problems.

4. Changed TdrDelay to 8 seconds, this also didn't work. Although it got rid of the "nvlddmkm" errors, the games still crashed the same way but with a different error: "Application GameName.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware."

5. Since I had a new error message I tried to fix that to see if that helped.
I ran System File Checker and DISM commands but that didn't do anything except give me a black screen the first time I booted after doing so.

6. At this point I was desperate and I decided to underclock my GPU memory clock. I only did -100 MHz. For most people that worked. But as usual to no avail.

I have reverted all settings back to what it was originally.

Honestly I don't know what to do anymore, at this point I feel like I've tried every software fix which makes me skeptical that it even has to do with software. I saw a post about a guy having the nvlddmkm error, he got a new gpu under warranty which didn't fix the problem, he put the same gpu in another pc and it had no problems. After that he decided to put in his old AMD card and it also didn't have any problems, but his nvidia (1070ti to be specific) just didn't want to work.
It did work when he replaced his ram though, which is odd because he too ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic and passed it with no problems.

I can send my laptop under warranty to have them check it out, maybe they'll replace the ram. Or I can also buy new ram sticks and replace it myself, but I'm not sure if I should do that yet. Allthough I have my doubts that its a software issue, It's not off the table yet because I can't even figure out the approximate reason to why its not working.

Also thanks for your help, I really appreciate it since I haven't had anyone reply besides you.

EDIT: I stress tested my VRAM and it also passed. But thats not the point why I'm updating this post
I've only now realized that my pc has crashed multiple times.
Only one time I had a BSOD and it had to do something with nvlddmkm.sys if I recall correctly.
But for the most part I've had freezes and crashes to my entire PC where it just reboots afterwards like nothing happened.

Which is a RAM problem as far as I can tell. So this is more evidence showing that it might have to do with ram.
Which is still odd in my eyes because I passed the Windows Memory Diagnostics test. And if it is ram then its even stranger that I get nvidia display driver errors when my games crash.

But then I also have the option of a motherboard issue, now I'm not educated enough about motherboard errors but I can imagine that i either have to update something to do with it, or open my laptop up to see if everythings connected properly (If laptop motherboards work like PC ones, like I said I don't know much about them).

I'm still not sure on anything and these are all just theories but I'm going to have to pinpoint my problem after some time either way.

I THINK HAVE IT. THE WEIRDEST FIX.
Changing g-sync to fullscreen only.
I don't know why but it was defaulted both times when I installed.
I'm not sure yet but I'll post again if it is the true reason why

EDIT: literally right after I posted this it crashed again....

Don't you suspect your GPU to be a root of your problems? Cause I've got the similar issue with nvlddmkm.sys, the same randomly happening BSODs while playing, sudden freezings, followed by reboots. I've done everything I could, from checking my RAM to benchmarking GPU, and the interesting part is that all the benchmarks: Furmark, 3Dmark, OCCT, HEAVEN, Superposition have run with no visible errors.
Recently, while playing in GTA 5 I faced some artifacts, first I thought they were caused by a poor driver version, but I had been mistaken, after driver replacement those graphic deformations came about one more time. That is why now I think that the GPU is supposed to be a cause of our BSODs.
I don't know exactly how long you have owned your card, but personally mine BSODs began to show up after pluging the new GPU in... Before that, there were no BSODs at all.
Now my PC is on diagnosis, I hope the workers of the computer service center will have it sorted out what wrong is.

Actually I don't know what happened eventually but the crashes have become rare, I think it was eventually after an update to the drivers but probably not since it kind of just went away. Definitely no artifacts on my end.
My pc still crashes every now and again though still can't figure out why.

Have you got GPU-Z launched minimized?
