Okay, so my buddy started to randomly get low frame rates in all of his games. Usually, he would be getting 90~110 in games like PUBG, Squad, and Fortnite. Then today, all of his games run at 20~30 fps and nothing has changed within his computer. He did say everything was really f*cking hot like the gpu and his waterblock. Do you guys know what that could be? Anything would help. Thanks in advance.
