Slow internet speed in LAN but working fine if i connect laptop directly to router Ethernet port

Dear

In my companie's network internet speed is Slow on all devices connected to switches but if i connect laptop directly to Router Lan port the speed is normal.
I am using CISCO Switches.

If anybody can help me, his support is really appreciated.

I think you will have to start working backward from the router. Connect to the first switch the modem is connected to, is it slow there? If so, then the switch port or the cable to the router is the problem. If you have any kind of trunking, then you could have loops which could be your problem.
