what graphics card should I buy for Ryzen 5 2400g that will not bottleneck? I've read so many threads and other people saying that graphics card will bottleneck on r5 2400g. Any suggestions?

the r5 2400g isn't top end, but it's not like it will suddenly become a detriment. frankly the people talking bottleneck are the people who think 170fps vs 150fps is a crushing win for one chip over the other. ignoring the fact you'd need to buy a monitor which can display that difference that cost more then the computer itself.

a gtx1060 is more then enough for your needs.

It depends on the game you playing, and the resolution you playing on. Right now (2018Q2):
1080p - RX-580 or GTX 1060
1440p - GTX 1070 or Vega
2160p (=4K UHD) - GTX 1080 or better
...is all you need.
