gb ab350 gaming 3 , ryzen 5 1600 ,3.8ghz overclock on cpu ,dark pro 8pack edition 16gb 2 x8gb, 3200mhz dual , The picture is what comes up on cpuz on auto xmp setting .
so if I try to overclock the frequency or timings by even a small amount it wont load windows, it seems to rest to a lower frequency 1064.1mhz before loading back in to windows .
I know the ram can be overclocked up to 4000mhz , just wondering if anyone can help or is 3200mhz the limit on ~AMD

Ryzen (Gen 1 or 2) is notorious for being very finicky on memory alone, let alone overclocking it. At least compared to Intel. That said, there are few real world applications where overclocking memory in general offers noticeable improvement in overall system performance (gaming or productivity). Combine that with an increased chance of instability and blue screen crashes, and it's really just not worth overclocking memory past factory spec.
