i know they are not the best picks but i live in pakistan and there are not many options available here but if you could find something better available in the online market i would really be grateful to you.

Do they have the H310, B360 or H370 boards in Pakistan yet? If so they should be a bit cheaper then that Z370. As for the PSU, its ok for that build however if you can get the CX (2017) or CXM (2015) PSU it would be a better quality unit and 450W would be fine. If the motherboard has 4 slots for RAM then I'd suggest going with 2x4gb instead of 1x8gb as it'll run better in dual channel.

we dont have the h310 motherboards available in Pakistan yet and the b360 ones are out of stock. The H370 are almost the same price as the z370 one i mentioned above even more expensive on some websites. As for the rams there are no 2x4gb sticks available and the 4gb ddr4 rams are overpriced costing upto 25-30$ more than a single stick 8gb. The PSU on the other hand is not available anywhere.
Other than that i wanted to ask if the motherboard will fit in the casing since it says PLUS and i dont know if thats referring to its size or something else.

It will run at 75hz however it needs to be connected using a DVI cable, that cable should come with that monitor. Once connected and you update the GPU drivers you'll want to go into the Nvidia Control Panel and make sure the resolution is 1080P and there should be a option for 75hz for the refresh, select those and hit apply and you'll be all set.
