so recently i added 2 sticks of 2gb corsair dominator 1333 mhz ram to my pc and just recently noticed i can only use 4gb of my ram out of 8gb. i check the bios and sure enough, 2 slots are disabled, but they show that 2 sticks of 2gb of ram are in them, and funny enough in system properties in windows, it says that there is 8gb of ram installed, any help is appreciated.

p.s.: i checked the pins on cpu, nothing is bent, i checked my ram slots, nothing appears damaged.

Solution
-Did you try switching memory slots around, or installing/testing after every memory stick installed?
-Can you upload screenshot of CPUZ on every memory tab including main memory tab, thanks.
- What is frequency and brand of all your memory modules?
-Motherboard Supports:4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 16 GB of system memory
- Support for DDR3 2200/1333/1066/800 MHz memory modules
