This is a pretty old system with a phenom II.Recently I noticed that the pcie was running at x2 instead of x16 with old Radeon hd 4600 series card.The board is Asus m4a78.
Also previously I was running a 750ti on this system which stopped working all of a sudden (GPU works fine on other systems) so I had plug back my 4600 in.Im thinking maybe this was the reason 750ti stopped working.
I'm using gpu z to verify the pcie speed, I've the screenshot just not sure how to post here.
