I have an old desktop with Intel Core i7-2600@3.4 GHz and AMD Radeon HD 6600 series graphic card (Dell XPS).
Now I have purchased a 28 inches 4K Dell monitor (S2817Q) and connected it to my desktop via HDMI (don't know the version).
But I have only 1920x1080 maximum resolution and I suspect it is because of the old graphic card.
What would be the cheapest graphic card that supports 4K monitor?
I don't play games. I only web-browse and watch movies.
