I have trouble alt+tab in and out of game, my friend told me to update my windows and disable focus assist, it worked, i could alt tab between my desktop and game with no issues but a day later, (if im not mistaken my GPU driver auto updated) and im back to the -cannot alt tab in and out issue again. Sometimes i can tab back into the game, with a 5-7 seconds duration of black screen, on some games, it just stays black till i end the game process. It's the same when i use borderless windowed or fullscreen, only in windowed, i can tab quickly
When i tested it on a 60hz monitor, my PC works just fine, no issues, apparently, it's on my 144Hz monitor that have this issue, but my monitor is working fine as well, tested it when connected to a laptop.

psu- Corsair VS650
motherboard- B150M PRO
ram- 8gb
120gb ssd
1tb hdd
UPDATE : Whenever i adjust volume using FN+F3 button, i will automatically tab out from the game as well
frustrating as i cant adjust volume
*tried updating to latest GPU driver*
Game will keep turning black, then normal then black then normal constantly without me even alt-tabbing
*tried to roll back driver*
the roll back button wasnt clickable, so i have no idea what version did i use when it was working
*currently running on 16.2.1* gpu driver
