(Gpu in question is a gtx 960 4gb) Hello! Today I was cleaning out my computer. After replacing everything and turning the machine on everything started fine but my gpu isn't recognised by the monitor. After switching the gpu with a 1070 ti from my other computer to find weather or not it's the gpu or the psu, or mobo. Both the 960 and 1070ti when plugged into the mobo start but both refuse to be recognised by the monitor

Couple of things, if you cant get video do you know for sure the board is in fact booting ? Have you tried a different monitor or different output ala hdmi or displayport or vga ?
First thought really would be you missed something, eps power 4 or 8 pin or some newer high end boards could have even more.
video card power 4 or 6 or 8 or 2 of some combination without knowing a specific part cant say.
if its modular and probably is ar you sure its plugged into the power supply properly ?
Check all connections dont assume anything.

I do know for a fact the board is booting up. I haven't tried a different monitor nor different cable and input method. Why would this be a problem when I havnt changes anything but the power supply?
