I recently did a new build for my Gaming PC.

ASUS X370-PRO MoBo, 16 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 memory, AMD Ryzen 5 2600X CPU, EVGA GTX 1060 6GB GPU, EVGA 1000G PSU, Corsair H100i v2.

Installed everything, powered on, and no display. Tried reseatting ram, nothing. Tried different PCIe slots for GPU, no display. Rechecked all cables, nothing changed when booting up

Using same storage that I had in old system.

Haven't any clue why I am getting no video, and any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will get nothing out of the motherboard as the R5 2600X CPU does not have onboard graphics.

Is your motherboard BIOS compatible with the the R 2600. Typically the x370 chipsets need a BIOS upgrade.

I would borrow or buy a cheap AM4 CPU, perhaps an A6-9500 APU to verify your motherboard BIOS.
