Title says it all. Very strange. Came back to my pc after just being away from it for awhile opened up steam and all of the files were on my desktop. I dont have it installed onto my ;c drive so dont know why its all going there. Opened it up went into my settings and then straight to downloads and clicked 'Steam libary folders' There was my c drive on its on 
Added where my actually steam drive is and set it as my default and got all my games back however when i closed it and reopened it, it did the same thing and in the steam libary folders it had my c drive only again. Weird thing is i cant even delete the location in the steam libary folders as it says 'the default steam install folder can't be removed'.
Did just format my ssd but was working perfectly after that only got it today
*EDIT Even when it shows all the files downloaded, It actually wont let me open them and then put the game into downloads and makes me redownload it
