Hello!

I have a E8400, and I want to overclock it from 3.00ghz to 3.6ghz, so I wanna ask a couple of questions guys:
1. Is it safe to overclock it? If so, tell me please the best way to overclock it without any damage.

2. Is it worth it? I mean will I notice any difference between 3Ghz and 3.6Ghz?

3. Can I overclock it without any other coolers? Just with the cooler that is stick to the CPU of course.

My specs:
Motherboard: G31T-M7
Processor: Intel core 2 Duo E8400
GPU: GT 610
RAM: 4GB
HDD: 250GB
I'm using windows 10 Pro.

Thanks for reading guys, and I hope I find some good answers for these questions!

Byebye!

A 600mhz overclock is a fairly good bump
1- Your MB and CPU don't support overclock as far as I'm concerned, and even if you are able to overclock, it might only be through the BCLK, so not worth it
2- it is a good bump, but in your case it would become far too unstable before you even reach 3.2
3- I wouldn't recommend that, a good air cooler with a big heatsink would be ok
