Internet connection issues.

Hello.
Despite being connected to WiFi, ethernet or even phone hotspot I am not able to access the internet on my pc. This does not occur on any other device. I also cannot connect in safe mode with networking. Troubleshooting informs me there is no issue.

If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Have you made sure you're on the latest drivers for your networking adapter(s)? You didn't mention if this is a laptop or a desktop. If the former, please pass on the make and model/SKU to your laptop. If the latter, please pass on the motherboard's make and model.

If the wireless adapter did not come bundled with the board, then please add that in. Lastly, we'll need to know what OS you're on.
