PC problem. Help!!!

When I turn on my PC sometimes, Only the fan, the keyboard, the mouse turns on but it doesn't show any display at the monitor. Sometimes only the fan will turn on for a bit and for a few seconds it will stop, then start once again. What hardware should I replace?

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

The PSU is around 5 years.
