i7 4790k IHS font difference

Hello everyone,
While searching for a new CPU cooler, I found a listing online for an i7 4790k, but I felt something was wrong with it. The font used on the IHS seems bolded and is spread out from side to side on the IHS,

instead of the more typical Intel marking, picture for reference.

Two things come to mind: it could be a different CPU under a fake IHS, or that this CPU comes from a different fab. If the latter is true, how come they only produced IHS for Devil's Canyon processors? Could anyone clear me up on this?
