Where Are The SATA Ports On My Motherboard?

Here's my motherboard:

It's the ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard

It's supposed to have 6 SATA ports, but I can't seem to identitfy them on the MoBo. Also, I'm wondering what that big silver block on the bottom right section of the board is. It has 3 bars on it and has the ASRock logo on it.

The 2 are vertical and the other 4 are horizontal. As for the big silver block with the ASRock logo on it it is the chipset heatsink. Below that heatsink lies the 450 motherboard chipset.

When in doubt, read your motherboard manual, it will locate your parts for you.
And... you are going to need to read it anyway to find out about the front panel pins.
