I have a ASUS H270M-Plus motherboard and one of the two fan connectors causes any fan to stutter before it starts (very noticable with LED fans as they will flicker quickly before turning on) it seems to be limited to this one connector as the other fan header is fine. This only occurs when the computer is powered on and after that the fan functions perfectly. What might be the issue? I have tried multiple fans.
