Intel xeon overheating

I built my first gaming rig few days ago it has x3440 and gtx1060 cooler is deepcool ice edge mini which i saw on reviews is really good and idle temperature for my xeon is from 40 to 55 degrees celsius and while playing fifa on 40%usage is 70 degrees celsius i really dont know what to do i am really afraid of heat damage please help btw my room temp is 32 sorry for bad english

Yes i have applied 1 grain of rice of thermal paste and yes cooler is seated well and fan is spinning

did you do some overcloking? that cooler is on the edge with tdp so higher temps are expected.

No i didnt i really wanted but with this temps on stock speed i probably wont
