Installed new XFX RX 580 and screen will go black and come back after a few seconds

I previously had a GTX 680 and bought my new card. installed it booted fine and now when im gaming or doing anything the screen will just go black and come back audio stays normal no error message about drivers crashing nothing. What do you think the problem could be?

As mentioned earlier make sure you have de-installed the previous drivers. Other than that I would re-seat the card and power supply connection into the video card. Give those suggestions a try, worst case if your still having the issue, wipe out and do a clean install of the most current Radeon drivers....hopefully you don't have a defective video card.
