Hi so I tried upgrading my Flare X F4-2400C15D-16GFX to Flare X f4-3200c14d-16gfx.
Problem is the ram will only run at 2400mhz in dual channel but will run at 1599 in single channel.
I have tried both sticks in single channel and they run fine.
I have tried all XMP profiles from 2400 up to 3200 and they all fail it is only when I leave it at auto it will boot in dual channel mode.
Both sticks running in dimms A2 and B2. Runs 1599 in single in b2 but only single channel mode.
I am running an Asrock X370 Taichi with BIOS 3.3, I had 4.7 and 4.8 and they both failed to boot also.
My timings were 14-14-14-34 @1.35v as advised by G.Skill.
Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong?
EDIT: Just tried my old 2400 ram and this also fails when trying to use XMP profiles of any speed.
