My computer is restarting. I bought new graphic card evga gtx 1070 SC and after a week pc started resarts. I though that may be because of power supply so I bought new PSU Crosshair 1000w but PC was still restarting. Then I though maybe it happens because of new GPU so I uninstalled drivers and Installed my old GPU Gtx 960 but PC still restarting. I tried to turn off automatic restarts in windows 10 , update all of the drivers, check RAM , HDD and SSD, CPU even I bought new fan because I broke my old one when I was cleaning PC because I though it was maybe because of dust but still restarts.
My specs are as follows:
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
CPU: Intel i5 4670K @ 3.40 3.40 GHz
MoBo:Asus b85-plus
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
GPU: Evga GTX 1070 SC 8gb RAM
PSU: Corsair 1000w
HDD: ST3250410AS 250 gb
SSD: CT120BX300SSD1 120gb
SSD: San Disk Ultra II 240gb

Solution
asus update works well or do with bios
BIOS
to access the bios hammer the delete key before system boots up as soon powered on
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer only stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's even if old re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into your bios select system then update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with your new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard
