As the title says, I am looking for recommendations as to what Xeon cpu I should pair with the RX 580 4 GB. I am looking for a cpu that will bottleneck the 580/be bottlenecked by the 580 the least. I am willing to do overclocking, and I would like to keep it under $120 for the cpu (I assume that's plenty for a cpu). Thanks in advance!
