Hello guys I have been playing with my ddr3 recently and I've managed to find stable oc @ 2133 mhz. Ram sits at 1.616 volts and 12 12 12 36 timings. My question is if its safe to run at this settings. What are your thoughts?

Thanks

What is the default dram volts?
Example, I have a set of crucial sport ddr3 1600 that can do 1.35 volts or 1.5 volts. Some motherboards wont work at 1.35 so the kit does both.
That set has stock timings of 8-8-8-24 1t at both voltages. It also comes in ddr 1600mhz 2x8gig for 16gigs. I have two sets. They will do 2133mhz @ 9-9-9-27 1t
with only 1.48 volts. Had them at 2280mhz with 1.5 volts on 10-10-10-30 1t. for over a year. But they are on an Amd system, so I stuck with 9-9-9-27
system seems snappier with that setup.
I also have a 60mm fan over the ram slots, with a thermal probe connected to the board. When running prime95 the go from 32c to about 46 when I load as much ram as i can using the custom blend test. While gaming, they stay around 42 or so, gpu heat doing most of that.

I say keep an eye on temps and stay where your are.

My crosshairVz has thermal probe points that I just connect and place the diode inside the heat spreader on the inner most ram stick, not exact, but a close enough reference. As mentioned ram normally stays pretty cool, i only said to monitor because you are running extra volts.
