So whenever my system has started the last couple of times it has come up with a black screen with a logo in the middle and on the bottom it says “DEL: BIOS SETUP \ Q-FLASH F9: SYSTEM INFORMATION F12:BOOTM MENU END:Q-FLASH” when I’ve clicked f9 or delete nothing has happened and I wanted to know how to prevent this from happening continuously

Q-Flash is a BIOS update feature on Gigabyte MBs. It probably means it's alerting you of a new BIOS version. The general rule of thumb with MB BIOS updates is you don't update unless you absolutely need to for compatibility, stability, or other reasons.

What I would do when this happens is go into the BIOS and see if there's an option to disable Q-Flash. It may also only activate when you have a USB flash drive plugged in.
