VCore is 1.36 instead of 1.35

Hello,
I overclocked my R7 1700X in bios to 3.8ghz and set the vcore to 1.350 and saved but it's still 1.360 (42~50C Temp) in idle and with full load it goes to 1.368(70~85C Temp)
is that normal?
mobo: msi b350 gaming plus
cooler CM Hyper 212 turbo led

Hmm make sense to be 1.36 with 3.8mhz because, when it was on auto with stock frequency it was also 1.36 but I want to ask, should I just leave it, or lower it to 1.340 so when it goes up it goes to 1.350?
