I’m thinking about getting this card from a buddy, but I have virtually no clue what it is. The only clues I got are
1. It’s Asus
2. Definitely 2+ fans

I think it is a Asus 680 Direct CU Top Edition. But it also could be a 580 direct cu ii. If you look carefully it has two times 8 pin power connectors, so it will not be a 750 ti, but an older card like a 580 or 680.

You can compare here for example:
https://www.bit-tech.net/previews/tech/graphics/preview-asus-geforce-gtx-580-directcu-ii/1/

but like animemangamer says you should check what card it is before you buy it. Either case they are both old and weak cards by today's standard, but you will be able to play with a 680 most games at lower settings. I would avoid the 580 if it is that. Also remember that these cards are a gamble in the sense that graphics cards tend to die eventually and I know a guy whose 680 just died 6 months...
