Is this a Good Build for the Price Range?

I really don't want to spend more than around $650, and this seems like a good build for the price. Any suggestions on how I can improve this without spending too much more? I know an SSD is a good addition, but can I just add this later? Btw, I already have a 1TB hard drive with a copy of Windows 10, so i didn't add it in the parts list.
