So currently I'm looking for a laptop for school and some casual gaming. The priority for me is speed and I want games to run relatively well with my budget. So through my search I've come down to these two laptops I can't decide between:

Each of them have there pros and cons, for example the hp is cheaper, has more ram and a lot more memory on the hard drive, but lacks the faster graphics card, ssd, and has a shorter battery life. The acer has the faster CPU, better graphics card and better battery life, but lacks ram. So my question is would it be more beneficial in terms of cost and speed to get the hp and replace the hard drive and graphics card or just go with the acer and pay the extra 80? I would like to keep the cost of the endeavor under 700.

Solution
You want the acer 10000%. If you want it for gaming, then the mx150 in the acer will be infinitely better than the intel 620 in the hp. You won't really notice the 12gb ram vs 8gb, but you will notice the ssd vs hdd.
