Gpu Spike every minute on the exact minute

As title suggests, every minute on the exact second i get a small spike and this transfers into games too. any suggestions??

what is your full system spec? include make and model of the psu
what the cpu/gpu temp and usage?

Did you figure out what went wrong? Got the same problem here, so weird the GPU drops every exact minute.
